“This guy is typical of what I now refer to as the “PARKLAND BUG CARTEL” they all have the same script. They roam new developments waiting for the moving van to pull away and then basically recite everyone of your neighbors name, normally know them for 10-15 years and most likely did their grandparents house too, well it’s all BS! This guy Donald caught me and my son on the driveway of my new home in Parkland, fast talking and the perfect storm, had house prepped, it was a Thursday and movers scheduled for Monday. So Swat Team member Donald convinced me that house should be treated prior to, and me who normally vets everyone bought into it...so $500 to Donald on Friday, his contract was a hand written “Office Depot” style invoice and he wrote inside/outside once a month on the first Friday of the month. So moved in beginning of April and he did show in May, but that’s where things changed, had to chase him in June, July and just never showed in August. I emailed him and told him if he couldn’t handle account please reimburse the value of 8 months, no response yet I see his truck in the development. I will take him to small claims court, not for the money but to expose the fact he is a crook. Beware of Swat Team Donald and these even more sophisticated “Donald’s” that travel with iPad that looks like a fast food menu, ring your door bell or catch you outside and ramble the great deal of the day since they are in the neighborhood and of course servicing your neighbor (first name always used)...The Parkland Bug Cartels are nothing more than deceptive business people that are business people at all. The narrative used most often here in Parkland revolves are your proximity to the Everglades, they all grew up here, most likely had a pet Gator and can name all species of everything that flies, again all BS..so for the first time in a long time I got taken by “Swat Team Donald” ! Do yourself a favor and call a real company that sends out a rep, inspects the property and provides a written quote. Oh and did I forget to mention when I advised “Swat Team Donald” that I had a possible allergic reaction to “deet” a chemical used in some pesticides and asked him to call me, he ignored and then I saw him on-site where he got awkward and once again never responded. I don’t like writing negatives when I failed to properly vet a supplier, however, this guy deserves it and what he is doing is unlawful, hold him accountable is what I say as I have read similar stories on reviews.”
