“What the heck is going on with this company!?!? I thought the contract had been long filled and pushing services on clients who say no is not ok and not a way to be in business long term! They used to always text ahead of time, I saw a synergy truck pull up today and was like what the heck they never showed up for the last appt. Which was what I thought was the last one anyways to fulfill the ridiculous contract. And honestly I don't need their service here I've moved from the house where I did need service. Anyways guy pulls up im like no way so I ran to my room to grab a hat and by the time I got outside he was gone I saw 2 squirts on my garage door and then a charge for $139 on my bank account, whhhat?!? He didn't go on the sides or the back of the house not that I wanted this at all but if he was to do his job fully it should be around the entire house and window wells that did not happen, my cameras can prove that. I'll be calling down there. I wish there can be a company that would just come out and service for what you need when you need it. They know it's ridiculous and lock you into a crazy contract that they know isn't right then try to push other things like lawn care first time the guy insisted on doing it for $1 I told him no but after he's like I went ahead and shot those weeds there and there umm no I asked you not too. This was last year at our other house when this happened like I have zero bugs at my new house and we take care of our lawn we do not need that service ever. I don't get how a business can continue like this. Surely once contracts are fulfilled people are gonna never want to deal with them ever again I know I will never call again if I need those services in the furure. You can't force your business on people when they don't need it or miss appointments then randomly show up out of nowhere with no e-mail, text or phone call. What in the world!?”

“I had a terrible experience with this pest control service. They initially came to treat my home but left before completing the job. I was assured they would return to finish the treatment, which they did. However, to my surprise, they sent me an additional $139 bill for completing the work, even though I had already paid for the first (unfinished) treatment. This was incredibly unprofessional and felt dishonest. The lack of clear communication and accountability was disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable pest control services.”
