“They say they are coming at a day/time and then do not come. I will randomly get a text saying that they services my home and I will check my security cameras and nothing. They can never get the billing for my account correct either. I try to call customer service and never get ahold of anyone and no one ever calls me back.”

“Was told someone was coming to my house on February 9th and they would contact me when they were on the way. Received no contact at all that day. Have tried to call and text to get some form of confirmation if they showed up at all to no response. They might have showed up as they were going to a different unit in my building, but I have no clue. Edit: Was reached out to the day after this and had someone come out on Saturday. This person did actual contact me when they were coming out and was very nice. They sprayed everything and I'm waiting a small period before I say the ants are truly gone. Upping it to 3 stars as it still took quite awhile for someone to reach out to me.”
