“No longer impressed. I have been a customer for the past 5 years. Paid my contract in advanced every year. I received a bill for $20.00 at the end of my contract. I called the office to questioned the extra charge. I was told that my contract went up and I had to pay. I explained to the unpleasant women that you can not increase a prepaid contract price. I said you can increase my new contract. I had no problem with it. Paid my account over the phone in advanced every year again. A few weeks later I received a cheque in the mail for a refund. I called the office as I did not understand why. She became nasty told me I was rude on the phone, and nasty to the technician. I asked to speak to the owner. She said quote “no, he doesn’t want to speak to you either” I just bet the owner is not aware of her behaviour. A customer who pays in advance is golden.”
