“My experience with Team Pest USA was trash! I moved into my apartment in March 2023 around the time i started working for the company. I ended up getting in an accident and was recovering when i noticed roaches in my apartment. I asked my apartment to have pest control come in which was the same company i had previously worked for. After about 2 months of them spraying watered down product on my floorboards, I still experienced the same amount of roaches and even more. They started falling out the vents onto my bed and getting into my furniture. I asked the apartment to fumigate in which would kill off all the roaches. I think i would know since I WORK(ED) for the same company. The apartment refused to pay for the fumigation. After calling almost everyday for a manager to come out to my apartment from Team Pest. Mike, who was the operation manager, aka the guy who taught my class finally came to my apartment. He then told me (and it’s recorded) “3-4 roaches a day in your apartment is normal, I see them all the time in my apartment and I just flick them out”. (Email me if you would like to hear the audio). I then had my job offer taken away by Jolie, HR at Team Pest because I was correct on my concerns and they refused to do anything about it. This company is a SCAM. They have broken many laws within the company that I would be glad to explain in court. One law specifically is I handled chemicals without a license. I trained on chemicals and mixed chemicals for 3 weeks before i took a test. You pay for your pest issue to be handled by a company who doesn’t care to fix your problem. The things they say about your houses and the amount of lack of care is unreasonable. These people want your money, not to fix your problem. You are better off buying a bomb for $20 and doing it yourself. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.”
