“The Pest Control Service person I'd used for years retired, so The Ladybug was referred to me by a friend. The service person from Ladybug arrived promptly and did a thorough check of my homes' exterior (garage and all four sides of the house). He recommended several treatments and services. I was particularly interested in maintaining the bait traps I already had, and he was able to accomodate that. He also encouraged me to get on a yearly plan, which I did not wish to do at this time. I got a quote following his visit with pricing on the additional treatments and services which he had recommended. I was happy with the technician and the company and will be calling them in the future! KLF”

“After trying for months to get through to someone to pay what we owe for ladybug to come out and basically rob us of $170 we then receive a call about being taken to small claims court. The quote they gave to fix possible issues was outrageous to begin with. My husband and myself have tried called for the last few months to pay this since we went ahead and fixed everything we needed done to keep squirrels out for pennies compared to what they quoted. Do not recommend this company to anyone...”
