“Been a customer since they bought out the previous company I used. Over the past 2 years service and treatments went downhill fast. My last service in October didn't work. I contacted them to see if I needed to up my treatments. I've called, e-mailed, called, e-mailed. I'm sure it's Covid's fault but their customer service is terrible. Still waiting on a response more than two months later. Good bye Pest Guys!”

“I have been using Pest Guy for a while now and they are great. They come about every 3 months. They usually spray the outside of the house but if you ask for certain areas they will do it. If after a few weeks and you still have an issue call them back and they will re-spray and they usually come back out within a few days of you calling. Every technician I have had is very respectful and will listen to your concerns. I am on a 3 month rotation with them so I know about when they are about to come so I love that they ring your doorbell just so you know they are there and if there is any issues. Thanks Pest Guys for great service!”
