“I had a positive experience meeting Todd, who provided me with an estimate for a job related to the sale of my house, and I accepted his proposed price. However, after two weeks of waiting for him to contact us to schedule the work, we reached out to him every other day. Each time he answered, he assured us that he would call us back once he returned to the office, but he never did. It feels as though he has effectively cut off communication with us. After more than two weeks of attempts to connect, our realtor recommended that we proceed with arrangements with the buyer without involving Todd Patterson. Consequently, we sent him a text indicating that his services were no longer needed, but we have yet to receive a response. The whole experience really left a bad taste regarding Thompson Bros.”
