“I called Tony's because Bob Reed never called me back! I'm glad I did, because the nice lady who answered the phone put me in touch immediately with an exterminator by the name of Gerald. We set up an appointment for the next morning, and he was on time. What a nice, intelligent and pleasant young man! It wasn't much more to take care of the inside of the home also, and he quoted me a price for inside and outside which was a much better deal than Bob Reed. We are having a giant migration of water bugs. He was familiar with them, and knew what to do. I showed him the problem areas and he got right on it. I would say he was efficient and thorough. He explained that after it dries, we don't have to worry about rain diminishing the effectiveness. He invited me to call again if there are any further issues. So far an exceptional experience.”
