“I’ve had a generally positive experience with my pest control service, especially thanks to my technician. He’s always punctual, professional, and thorough. I can’t say enough good things about his work. That said, I’m starting to feel like the actual products being used aren’t as effective as they should be, particularly for outdoor treatment. Indoors, I haven’t had many issues since it was treated a while back, which I appreciate. But outside, it’s a different story. Living on a corner lot near an open field, I understand pest issues might be more persistent, but I’m still seeing regular spider activity, wasps, and ants that seem to disappear for a day or two, then return after rain. At $80/month, I expected more lasting results, and lately, I find myself needing to supplement the treatment with DIY solutions. I think the service might be better suited for a bi-weekly plan or stronger outdoor products, especially for homes in areas like mine. Overall, great technician, but the value of the service is beginning to feel questionable due to the limited effectiveness of the treatments outdoors.”
