“I went homeless trusting this company to do the right thing. I'll be back ASAP to update this with a thorough and lengthy very detailed review. Do not trust this company. Do not trust the owner to be of integrity and do the right thing. I'd say the owner is money motivated instead of operating based on honesty and morals. I had a life threatening situation that was making me sick and this company failed to use honest business practices. Zero stars. I am a single mom and my child along with myself and pet are homeless in our car even though we were the only ones who did the right thing. I will add photos to the review. Please cross reference this review against my review of Carlton Arms Winter Haven. I will have an update there as well including adding a review to the new complex in Winter Haven. These men should be very ashamed of what they do to good innocent people. The whole situation lingered for a year. The future review will not be a one instance poor review. It will be a comprehensive review and honest. I tried many times to get the owner to work with me as I did not want to have to do this. I will also be reporting to the Better Business Bureau although no one cares because again these people are money driven with no integrity or morals. Take your business to someone honest who runs his business instead of others who pay him to mismanage it for him. Its time for the owner to be the owner and stop being told how and what to do. I would be so embarrassed to be a business owner and to let people run me and my business for profit. Integrity is scarce to say the very least. I'm not even sure if there is any common sense here whatsoever. Do not waste your time efforts or money here. This is rock bottom low. DO NOT PAY THEM A SINGLE PENNY!”
