“They scheduled my first appointment on a day they didn't even work, wasting a day waiting for them. For my second appointment, they forgot to put it on the schedule. The third time they claimed to come out to my home while not having an appointment and put stuff down around my house. I'm not sure how they got around my house as I have a gate. “They are good people and talks nicely on every visit, but the effect of insect control is nowhere near satisfactory. Most important of all, you have to call way early to schedule an appointment, you CANNOT depend on them when you see the sign of bugs moving around in your house. And when they come, the bugs are already gone, which is very nice, they just spray to the air and make promises such as, "Oh this is going to protect it". I have trusted them for more than a year with no effects at all. Nothing works on the mosquito, I will cancel after finding another company.”
