“Hi there , I hired them last year to come out and spray.. they came and was satisfied with service.. I set up to come quarterly , but when the time came they never did.. so I called nd they said I never set up a quarterly service, frustrated I said ok set up a monthly service… I did one month of service wasn’t home so they billed me and I paid it.. the next month I guess they came but they never sent me. Bill and stopped my service saying I didn’t t pay the the bill.. I asked did your send me one.. they said no so they stopped my service.. I Said how can I pay if you don’t sent the bill? The gal who answers the phones isn’t very customer service oriented.. I got referred from my neighbors as they all use you for there service.. I’m very disappointed as you don’t seem to care if a customer is happy or not..I asked for them to leave a bill or mail me one as I’m happy to pay and she said we can’t do that you don’t have a record established with us.. my credit score is 833 and it doesn’t get that way not paying my bills.. the day they come is right in the middle of the day and sometimes I’m here and sometimes I’m not, don’t want to waste my time hanging out for them because they are worried I’m not going to pay the bill…. The guys that come out are great.. need a new persons to handle customer service and as I can see by the reviews I’m not the only one who feels that way.. thanks”
