“This guy charged me an astronomical $700 to replace one 10 foot deck joist (2×6) and two pieces of blocking (see pic).  When I asked him why so much, he said 'travel time' (Redding to Lakehead; 24.2 miles) and 'his costs have gone up'.  Way too expensive for the service performed!  I normally don't write reviews, but I feel people should be warned.  I wish I could give zero stars.  I would not recommend this company and will look elsewhere for future pest inspection service.”

“I had trinity termite come out to do my pest and rot inspection on a home I was purchasing in April, they found 1 termite and said it shouldn’t be a big deal, but treated one spot and charged me $650. This treatment was supposed to be good for a year. A couple months later I started ripping the floors out in that area only to find the entire subfloor had rotted out and was full of living termites surrounding the area that was treated. Steve came out to check out the damage and said he would “help us out” on the treatment since they missed the issue, but that the original treatment only covered that exact spot that they treated (even though there is live termites literally all around that spot). After he came out he told me to give him a week to come up with a treatment plan and price and then completely stopped responding to me and never came back out. I was able to get another company to come out and treat around the entire house, inside and out, with a termite bond (guarantee) for a couple hundred dollars more than what Trinity Termite charged me to treat one spot… in the photo added you can see the hole where they drilled in the top left, and active termite tunnels right next to the drill I would not recommend them for your termite treatment, or for your home inspection”
