And amazingly I still have rats!! Oh, they did reimburse $560.00. This is not good business!”

They just show up at your door without a word! That is just rude! I thought they work for you not the other way around! I will say the new tech that I have had the last few times is great. But customer service stinks!”

“The salesman (Jessie) lied and didn't return my calls. I left voice-mail on both numbers he gave me. I had to call his office to get him to call back. I should have stopped there and not called back. I hired another company and they were terrible. So I ended up hiring Turner. The first pest control technician they sent out also lied about being unable to get one product due to covid. So I believed him. Later found out through the supervisor that they have never been unable to get that product. I have dealt with 2 supervisors and I'm hoping the service will improve moving forward. I wanted to hire them because I wanted the full service protection that they offered. They are fairly expensive but I thought it would be nice to have everything covered by one company. Termites, pest control, snake away, and sensors in the attic to detect any animal activity. I also purchased the lawn care package which includes fertilization, weed control and pest control. I have already invested over $800 with them so I really don't want to change providers again. But I will if future service doesn't improve. Nobody cares anymore. Don't be like me and believe that a name that has been around for a long time is going to mean good quality. I regret hiring Turner Pest Control.”
