“I use the Turner Pest Control Mosquito service and to be completely honest, SAVE YOUR MONEY! It does not work, they are never on time, and I have to call the company EVERY MONTH to schedule my mosquito treatment. It should be on the same day every month, yet days go by and no one shows. So I have to take time out of my day to call during normal business hours to ask them to do their job. And every month they say “I’m so sorry, it won’t happen again”. Well, it always does. Probably the cheapest mosquito service, but their is a reason for it. So yeah, just save your $40/Month because it doesn’t work and they never do their job!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Responding to your Response: You are correct, this is the second time (not year) that I have tried your service and it didn't even last a month before I had to cancel. Your representative made an appointment for us on 7/5, and after I called on 7/11, it was noted that he in fact DID not make the appointment. This has been an issue the entire time I've had the mosquito service. Like I said, I left the first time because of this exact same scenario, and now I am leaving again after a month of service. But no worries, I will not go back a third time. $40/month is cheap, but customers need to know the reason why. Poor service, misses appointments, and the mosquito treatment never works (even with the supposed "upgrades"). May I suggest Mosquito joe. Excellent service, always on time, and their stuff works. A little more expensive, but at least they put customer first and their treatment actually works!”
