“If you have recurring mice problems DO NOT CALL this company! I have been a customer for 2-3 years and in that time I have had to call them numerous times to help with the mice problem. All they ever did was set traps with poison and never got to the root of the problem. Finally, I called a different company and they were able to check the entire exterior of my house and cover every hole. I haven't seen droppings ever since! My problem could have been resolved a long time ago but Ultrapro simply wants to collect the yearly service fee and not help because otherwise they would lose customers. I called to express my concerns and demand a refund and was told no and referred to Bob the owner. When I finally spoke to him he proceeded to give me excuses as to why refunds are not issued and then told me about all his fancy accounts in the city like I give a sh---! He said he would look into it and get back to me and never did. I called back and left a message and still nothing so here I am! Patty and Sinclair were great, the owner on the other hand is money hungry and doesn't care about customer satisfaction!”
