“The reviews for this company must be fake! I requested tracking powder service for mice in a multi family property I own. I utilize this service regularly with another company and the outcome was always great! The tech I normally use had surgery and would not be able to come out for at least a month. I read the reviews and called for service. Tech came out and I was charged $380. Two weeks later and not one single mouse died! Issues remained as though no one had came out. I reached out to Ultra to discuss my concerns. Patty was great and is a pleasure to work with. However, they claimed there is nothing they can do! Not even a small refund or coming out again to try and remedy the situation. Bad business practice! They obviously don’t value their customers or long term business! There was no call from the tech or a manager, nothing! They hid behind Patty who I really liked. I’ll be spending money again to actually remedy the situation! Don’t waste your time or money, run and run fast!!!”
