“Valley Pest Control should be shut down. My parents have used their services for at least 15 years, the last time they came out they smashed multiple pieces of duct work during their inspection. They admitted to this too. They are literally the only people who go underneath my parents home. When my mother, who is know a widow now, called the office to ask about getting the duct work fixed the main guy there said “well I’m not doing anything about that” and hung up on her. Taking advantage of the elderly and especially someone who’s been a loyal customer for years is sickening. Now my mother is looking at $1,200 worth of repair on the duct work these idiots destroyed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”
