Service with the office has always been Excellent. Our technician Todd who always services our properties always notifies us before hand, and is a really nice guy. He also is very thorough, and will notify us and give us advice if he sees something that needs to be attended to, like putting hardware cloth on our roof vents to keep out black rats, and installing a door sweep under the door to the garage to keep out rodents. He even sent an Amazon link for the proper door sweep. This is the type of personal service you won’t find from a larger company. Todd definitely takes pride in his work.”
