“I’m very displeased. First, when you initially sign with them there is no “cancelation fee”. You’ll get the notice of that in the “thanks for signing up with us email/first treatment email”. We signed up with them May 28th of 2019 and I have more bug issues now then before. Still getting tons of spiders and so many ants. Was told “we can’t control the spiders” and “those are just house ants looking for food”. I have had ants before and pest services before, after pest device never seen a house ant; so not entirely sure why they can’t control it. Also, I am getting sprays for my yard done through them to control ants and the ant hills. Well once they do their job, yes the ant hills we called upon were gone, BUT they just move to another part of my yard. Unfortunately, I paid for a full year of service ($400). So I will be calling as many times until my contract is up. Also, you MUST write a cancellation with them before your service is up with them, but beware, don’t do it too early or you’ll be slapped with a cancellation fee. Last service I asked for them to spray FOR EVERYTHING NEEDED. Even if we had to leave the house because it was still BAD. He comes and only does the bare minimum and didn’t even go upstairs. Told him about my ant hills and he went outside to spray along the house and do the yard for the ants. Well he was only out there for like 2-3 minutes and left. Every pest service I’ve had takes wayyy longer to spray a yard for ant hills. I’ve lived in Florida for years and believe me YOU MUST get pest service for ants alone there and they took their time walking line by line throughout the yard spinning bait out for ants. So no, this business sucks and definitely will be looking for a new pest control ASAP.”
