“The worst service I’ve ever had! There were 2 parts of our anti-termite process: Damaged parts replacement and fumigation. After they said replacement was done we couldn’t find any proofs of it. Only 2 paint cans outside. Damaged parts marked in our agreement to be replaced were still there. When we called to the office and asked what was done - we got an answer “I don’t know what exactly but they did something”. We requested to replace parts again and got 1 photo before -after where they painted damaged wood. When we came after fumigation our backyard locks were open, landscape damaged and plants broken! We haven’t moved in yet so don’t have a lot of stuff there. But we couldn’t find batteries we left in the house. So, we came to change our door lock and waste 2 hours to get there just because they stole our batteries!!!! Which we needed to install our new lock. Can’t imagine what could happen if we have more items there! Don’t recommend at all. We paid 3000 to lazy thefts!”
