“Originally hired IPM for pest management 2 and 1/2 years ago after moving. They were bought by Viking who sent several unprofessional, unhelpful, unfriendly technicians and 2 who I liked. Lots of issues with billing, people in the office who didn't return calls for months, and me trying unsuccessfully to narrow down the service and $1128 charges for a small house (outside). Today, the 2nd yearly termite inspection appointment was scheduled (the primary reason I hired any company). I was present like last year to see the results. Only 9 of the 15 stations were located because the technician didn't have the termite station detector. When I asked why not, he said because they are expensive (so are their charges!). I called the office needing now to schedule again for this job and asked why anyone was sent without the proper equipment, requiring a second apt. I was asked if I had requested that they bring the detector! I was shocked first, that they didn't have the proper equipment needed, and second, that I - me - was supposed to be the one making sure they brought the detector. When would have known that and why should I have known? What kind of company are you running? Are you proud of this level service for your customers?”
