“After repeated visits without results, they “sold” me the smart system . When the tech came to install the technology, I changed my mind & it turned into a regular visit. Nevertheless, they billed me $190 even though it is undisputed that the system was never installed. I was a customer for a solid 7 years and tried to get the charge removed. They refused! Perhaps out of spite for canceling their services. I am a senior. $190 for services not rendered is a lot. They are deplorable!”

“I just have to say I love working with Vikings specifically because of the technicians. I mean the products are great. they work for me. I'm in a heavily wooded area. I literally live in the woods and barely have any kind of insects, especially this time of the year but Thomas and this time he brought along Nico are absolutely amazing! They're professional, respectful, friendly and Viking makes my time work even when I call them 2 days before they make it work and make it happen for me around my work schedule since I work 60 hours to let someone come in the house. if I need a treatment I can't recommend them highly enough. Tom is my guy and if you need service, especially in the house. Tom and Nico are the ones to ask for!!”
