“I usually don’t make reviews but this is now my second horrible experience with this company in only a months time, I am currently living in a building with multiple units and two stories and apparently the rules here are that every unit gets sprayed every month but I have been residing here for four months and the first 3 months no exterminator but now twice in a months time!! which I would have no problem with if I had notice the day prior to prepare. The spray is poisonous!!! I was in school the first time my unit was sprayed and my camera alerted me and I watched the exterminator spray where I had 200+ dollars of food and when I returned home, I had to throw it all away!! This second experience I was home for and I gotta knock at the door and I said can you please give me a couple minutes so the gentleman gave me a few minutes and I cleared an area for where I could my place is small and the gentleman came in and entered and sprayed directly onto my carpet, then spray directly onto my Baseboard heater that is currently running and then sprayed my closet where I had clothes and other objects. I’m extremely furious that even in front of me, the gentleman was spraying my belongings and my property and my carpet and my heater!! Just because I am living in a low income housing place does NOT mean that my property! my food! doesn’t mean anything doesn’t matter and my property can be treated with complete disrespect!! Especially when the cost of food and living is so expensive!! I have camera footage of this gentleman spraying my food the first time and I’ve really been weighing back-and-forth on suing your company!! If I didn’t have a camera in my place, I may have consumed that food with their poison all over it! And gotten sick! I’m not always home and I can’t stand there and babysit the exterminator every time he comes, especially when I don’t wanna breathe it in!! Hopefully, you can have a talk with your employees and explain that you’re not allowed to spray on peoples property and their food!!”

“I canceled my last appointment and have been waiting on my refund for over two weeks. John had an entire tantrum and meltdown over the phone when I asked him to cancel. He asked me, “What for,?”as if it were any of his business as to why I wanted MY money back. He was extremely rude and argumentative. After 6 days I called back to find out where my refund was only to be told by another representative that John never sent my refund to the processing department, which is the department that sends the money back to the customer’s bank. So that means he deliberately held up my refund because he didn’t want to give it back in the first place. It has been two weeks and I have yet to receive my money. I was told that it may take another 5-10 days. So now I will be contacting my bank. Good luck trying to get your money back from these people if you decide to shop elsewhere.”
