“Horrible...I scheduled service online. Got this email: "We have scheduled your appointment to 09/23, between 10-2. If this date and time does not work for you, please give us a call at 800-618-BUGS (2847).". I did call and they rescheduled me to 9/26 10-2pm.... well no one showed up. I took a whole day off to be home. When I called they seemed very surprised that I was unhappy..... well sitting at home and waiting for nobody is a rather, lightly put, an unpleasant experience. I used to be with Cavanough's Pest Control...but unfortunately they got bought out by Viking and now through no choice of mine I am with this company. No more personal service, a phone call from Robert Cavanough letting me know that someone will be there and when. I need to look for a local small company as these big companies lack true customer care and personal service experience. Save your money. Shop local, go small. These guys will apologize to you a million times.... sorry sorry sorry sorry does not cut it when I am sitting home waiting for you. The least they can do is schedule next day 1st appointment and then some to make up for the poor ... or lack of service should I say. AND as my reply to your reply... If you really cared you would contact me not ask me to contact you. Just shows the type of company you are.”

“Service was, for the most part, good. However, every time I call for anything they try to put me on a plan. Even worse, once they signed me up for a recurring annual plan which was not what I expected whatsoever. I never signed anything that indicated the plan would renew, and I had to make 5+ calls and was on the phone over an hour to cancel it and receive a refund. The last straw was today- when a local service was 50% less expensive and indicated I massively overpaid for a previous service ($900 Viking vs their $250).”
