“Scheduled an 8 am appt 4 days in advance. It is 830am now, 3 calls that go to voicemail (hours say they open at 8) to see where the F this person is and if they are going to show. 833 am they barely show poor poor professionalism! The young person approached my door thankfully masked. I asked I thought you all were going to be here at 8? He say "yeah there was a lot of traffic". I ask oh yeah what side of town you coming from? Eastside he says with then an apology for being late.? I think to myself yeah sure kid, then wake the f up or leave your place of work earlier. Such a disappointment compared to my first visit with I think was one of the original staff, who happens to remember serving my parents home all these years. I'm not sorry to 1 star you just hope your phone service and phone rep get on the good customer service train and you do some training on professionalism and basic work ethic for the newer/younger gen workers.”
