“This pest control company services my apartment complex. (In euless). I was on my way out of my apt while the pest control guy was coming in. I let him know the situation and he said he would spray and inspect. I said ok great and left. I went to my neighbors apt which is a 45 second walk in the neighboring building and guess who I see walking out of my apt? The PEST CONTROL GUY! So you mean in 45-60 seconds this guy treated and inspected a 1,277 sq ft apt? I think not!!! This is not the first time either. Everyone complains about him. Even Maitenance has seen him walking in and out of apts in seconds. He is average height and has shoulder length hair. Webb’s, you need to start having these guys accompanied by someone who actually cares and who will babysit these guys making sure they do their job!!!!!!”

“I appreciate my apartment complex for trying to get an e,pert to exterminate the roaches but I don't appreciate the treatment provided. Webb sprayed my apartment 2 days ago and what ever they used did not kill any roaches it only made the problem worst! There solution attracts roaches and doesn't kill them. I've been killing roaches left and right??? Raid gel worked better!”
