“I called western bat specialist last year, because of the on going bat problem we have in the attic of our victorian style home. The problem was much worse than what we had thought after the inspection. We had no option, we had to have all contence in the attic removed( insulation, complete vacuuming of entire attic, spray for urine and guano smell) as well as having my entire house bat proofed on the outside.
