“Steer clear of this company!!! A salesman under the named Luke Smith sold us a package with the pretense that it would be $99 dollars every other month or bi-monthly. Because I had family over, I asked him to come back another time. However, as most salesman’s are, he was persistent and offered a $200 dollar discount off initial sign up instead of a $400 dollar sign up. I went ahead and signed up with White Knight - HUGE MISTAKE. The White Knight representative boldly lied about the agreement and now the actually plan he signed us up for is $99 dollars per month even though we would only receive service once every two months. I’ve reached out to Luke and his fall back now is you, “you signed the agreement”. This is a slimy sales tactic and is something everyone should be aware of!!! Don’t open the door to these people at all!!! This information was twisted and the sale is filled with deceit. I highly recommend that you do not use this company. Their ethics are beyond questionable.”
