“This company is fraudulent. They repeatedly changed their story on how to cancel their service. At first we were told we would have to schedule one last service and we would just let the technician know when he arrived we were ending our subscription, when he arrived he had no idea what we were talking about. Then, when we called back, they said we would have to schedule ANOTHER appointment and call customer service afterward to cancel. We offered just to pay for the service and cancel right then and they refused. We then said we were calling our credit card department to report fraud at which time they sent a charge through out of spite. Insane.”

“White Knight Pest Control is a company to avoid. I used White Knight for 14 months and was on a bi-monthly service. First few services were fine and they did do a good job in the beginning. After one service however, I noticed that bugs were still making their way inside. I requested a "warranty service" which White Knight claims you have an "unlimited" amount of, and was denied and told to just wait till the following service. Next service I requested they spray inside and was told that is not something they can just do day of. It has to be requested in advance. So again, I did not get the service I thought I was paying for. Next service I made sure to request interior spraying and again mentioned we are still having issues with bugs getting inside. This time I was told it was an additional charge to take care of them and was told by the tech it is cheaper if I just do it myself. After this service I noticed ant hills in the yard and requested a "warranty service" and was again denied. After my 12 month agreement was up, I was told I could cancel at any time. I got a call notifying me of an upcoming appointment and I called back to tell them to cancel it and we were not going to continue using White Knight. I was then sent an invoice any way for the service that never happened. Save your time and money and go with another pest control company that actually honors their warranty and does what they say they will. The techs are great guys and every one of them was on time and did the best they could.”
