“Agree with other reviews that their customer service is absolutely ridiculous to work with if an issue comes up. I did have to cancel my account several months ago (which was also a fiasco) but at the time I was told if I wanted to start again to call within six months and they would apply the cancellation fee to future services. My account was cancelled in August 2023 and when I called in February to start services again I was told it had been 7 months because it’s based on your last service not when you cancel. This was not told to me when I cancelled or I would have called sooner. The person I spoke to said they would check and call me back and I never got a return phone call. If you have policies you should ensure your employees are educating your clients or be willing to support them when they are misinformed.”
