“UPDATE: They’ve commented on my review claiming they don’t have my information, now let me explain why that’s crazy for two reasons. 1.) I called and reported this and was out on hold for 10-15 minutes while “my information was being processed” and to be expecting a call. Never happened. 2.) They don’t have my information because I was never a customer, SO WHY ARE YOU IN MY BACKYARD?! So you may be wondering what this is, me too.. I have never even inquired about Pest Control from any company, but these highly intelligent individuals thought it was a good idea to come unannounced and uninvited into my backyard, put something in my lawn, and leave my gate wide open. If they can’t read a home address right.. how can you trust them? Luckily were not caught in the act, or this would be an entirely different situation.”
