We renovated our attic and crawlspace and then hired purcor to keep it in pristine condition. We paid them $6k over six months, sparing no expense and doing every recommended step to ensure nothing got into our attic or crawlspace. They assured us on multiple inspections that we were completely sealed off and that nothing was getting in. Fast forward to us finding evidence of rodents, getting a second company to inspect, and finding out our brand new insulation, vapor barrier, etc. has now been damaged by rodents.”
