Very nice on the phone and had a teck out to my place in a couple hours. Fabrizio has been the man with the plan since then. He even put up a personal trail cam to keep an eye on the traps at the back of my property! They may be expensive up front but have been coming out every day and don't just stop and pick up their traps on Friday. Not scared of working a weekend thats for sure. He also found how it got in through a hole under the eaves that the other major companies overlooked. He was also a pro at moving through our cramped attic, making it look easy.
