“Williams pest control charges ahead for service and they will not refund fees once they take out. I canceled plan for Mosquito spray every 2 eeks in September and told them they can keep spraying house every 3 months for bugs. i saw charge on my account for october which was fine (i thought it was for House spray they did then) but did not look at Novembers statements and noticed Decembers charge on my statement and then saw on in November as well. What happened was i changed plan to every 3 months bug spray only and wanted to pay as i go. Well they chaged me 80$ (probably more like 120$ in advance because they will not detail how much they owe me) and will not refund me. I told them i did not authorize prepayment every month in advance and they said that is the way it is and that i agreed to it. I asked for documentation that i accepted payment in advance and that it was non refundable and they said they did not have anything from me which was error on their end. they offered me a free spray or a 40$ refund and i asked for the whole 80$ ad they said no. policy change from October was nothing is refundable and the $40 was them being nice. Having said this they are not a reputable company, they do not have same employess show up every time and i have to show the new guys what to do. they chaged for the Garage but 1/2 the time did not do it. they change chemicals and do not tell you they did. i only found out they did because the new guy they sent out last time said they di because i complained bugs and speiderd=s were bad. he said the new stuff works better but it attracted more pest and spiders. I calledoffice and they said they changed to another chemical because that one did not work. I honestly had better luck with Hobbs and i guess you really do get what youpay for.”
