“Do not use this service. I originally got this service on 8-18-16 which involves a one year contract, service was only rendered once. After several months on no contact from them I used over the counter chemicals. I finally got a new contract with them on 6-15-18 due to the owner "waving" the fee. This time around out of six months the tech only arrived four times, once while nobody was home after being told to ensure that someone was there due to our dogs and for us to make sure that the service was provided. We received a bill for something we don't even know happened; my dog damaged his crate attempting to get out due the tech being outside we contacted the owner for the third time just to receive rude remarks and be told that they can come to our house whenever they please "according to the contract". After an argument with the owner we finally got our contract cancelled.”
