“Beware, these folks are manipulative and extremely unprofessional. Had them out for a service, paid for the service, and apparently when I signed for the service I unknowingly got locked into a "quarterly" contract that I was not aware of nor did I ask for. When I called to cancel, William was extremely rude and literally hung up on me. When I called back I got the owner, Phil, who basically talked over me the whole conversation demanding that I keep the contract for a year (not even a quarter). He could not have been more rude, and was extremely accusatory, assailing my character for not honoring this so called contract (remember, I had one service, paid full price for that service, and simply didn't have a need for more). Sounded like a failing business desperate to hang on to a customer whether the customer was happy or not. I believe very strongly that you can judge the character of a business not when things go well, but more importantly how they handle things when they don't. This was a very simple issue, for which they berated and bullied me. Avoid at all cost, there are too many other exterminators out there who would be grateful for your business. These folks seem to have been a little too affected by years of exposure to their own pesticides.”
