“I had this company treat my kitchen for termites. I was told to pay $275 and they would come back for follow ups. That it would be better then paying per visit. I had them come out and treat the same areas multiple times and the termites still reappeared in the same areas. After 3 times of them not taking care of the issue, on the 4th call they refused to come back out to treat the same area again unless I gave them another $75. Each time they would spend no more then 10mins at the house. If they did a thorough job I probably would not of had to call them back multiple times. The owner Travis is a smooth talker, but very shady. When I tried to dispute the charges with Amex he sent in an fake invoice in which he changed the details on and forged my signature. This company can not be trusted!! I also see they have their own employees writing reviews for the company. Again, do not trust this company or anything Travis has to say!!”
