“Free estimate is great. Their process for getting the job done is extremely tedious. Call get a quote, sign off on the job, pay half. This is reasonable but their software doesn’t work! I agreed to a job. Place a critter cover over my attic fan. This was determined to be the entry point for a raccoon in my attic. The technician did a great job. While on my roof he discovered a piece of soffit that had been chewed through and provided another entry to my attic. To get it repaired I was told to start the quote process again and that then there would be another charge for roof work. He was already on the roof. I was told that the process could take several additional days . I was less than happy.”

“I originally called to have exterior preventative protection installed over the vent domes on my roof. Prior to my technician, Jake, providing a quote for that work, he asked to inspect the attic to ensure no creatures were present. Half an hour later, he climbed back down with good news and bad news and photos to show me. The good news was nothing was living there now. The bad news was racoons had caused extensive damage including ripping apart HVAC ducts and destroying our insulation. Jake was amazing at explaining what his company does to restore the attic by removing all of the damage then replacing the installation. The quotes he provided were precise, detailed and a fair price. He was prompt, courteous, cleaned up the site, and incredibly knowledgeable. He suggested contacting my homeowner insurance company to see if I could get assistance from coverage, which I did. This tip is something that allowed me to move forward with this critical restoration. Jake performed the exterior work on the roof, and another crew, Mick and William, performed the attic restoration. I also had an HVAC company and drywall and paint coordinating with Xceptional Wildlife as far as timing to get this all done right. Although we did experience some minor delays and inconveniences, the general manager, Brandon, even got involved to insure we were taken care of and happy with our experience prior to requesting any payment.
