“Having dealt with yellowjackets, bats and now bedbugs this year alone, this is the second time we have worked with this company. We had such a great experience with Ben getting rid of our bats that we wanted to work with him again. We knew what we would be getting with him. So we were a little reserved when we found out we would be working with another person to get rid of the bedbugs. We worked with Jesse and he was equally as awesome! Jesse initially spoke with us on the phone about our problem. At the time, we were not 100% sure if we had bedbugs, since it was only affecting one member of our household. After speaking to Jesse who was very knowledgeable about the bugs, we were quite sure that we did in fact have bedbugs, but we still wanted to have hard proof of it. So, Jesse came out to do a free estimate within a day and showed us the evidence. He was able to gave us a lot of information about the bedbugs and the process for getting rid of them, which was awesome, interesting, and very much appreciated! We had previously called companies that just asked what we thought the problem was and when they could come out (for a fee) to check. Jesse gave us a price and scheduled us for two days later. Though the price was fairly expensive for us (especially because of the prior wildlife/pests problems), it was cheaper than the other companies we had called. The prep work for the day of service felt overwhelming, but Jesse allayed our worries and helped us with a lot of it. Though, the process was about 6 hours long and we couldn't be in the home for the majority of it, it went relatively fast and smooth. We are very happy that Jesse got rid of these pests for us and returned us to a life normalcy in our home!”
