“I used 480termite over a year ago and recently as of December 15th 2022, I had them come out and treat the termites at my location. Because of a misunderstanding on what the price to renew the contract was, they cancelled the contract. Service was done Dec 15th, and the termites are back even more then they were before. They are unwilling to treat the termites again because they claimed that I had given them an invalid CC# even though I have a receipt that shows I was charged $175 for the renewal of the contract. I am disappointed that Alyssa denied my ability to have the termites treated again...that were just treated barely a month ago. She is not a good representative of the company.”
