“I was expecting to have to leave a voicemail when I called the company late on a Friday evening. But my call was answered by Richard and I was able to get scheduled on Tuesday, which was much sooner than I anticipated, especially after a holiday weekend. His communication through text was prompt and excellent! He was very professional and informative. When he came out, he checked our house thoroughly and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. We were concerned about bed bugs, but spiders ended up being what was biting us. He explained what to look for and pointed out everything as he did the inspection. I felt very comfortable with Richard, he was upfront and honest and wasn’t trying to just make money or sell me on anything.
