“This company was hired to do pest control for a low-income housing property for senior citizens. I spoke to the manager today to question how they treat for bed bugs. They do 4 chemical treatments; with no guarantee that it will work unless there is a human left in the home to draw out the bugs. This is ridiculous. Who would stay in a building infested with bugs if they did not have to. The manager said that the only positive way to get rid of bed bugs was by fumigating. They don't do that option though because they do not hold the licenses to do it. If you cannot do the job correctly, then do not market it as a service. This is real people who your company is dealing with. Quite stealing money. Do not offer a job, that you cannot back up.”
