“We just had our initial treatment visit today, beginning quarterly services to address carpenter ants my store-bought baits and home remedies couldn’t fully take care of, in addition to some spiders. Briana was great to help me figure out my options and get on the schedule quickly. Jerry came out to our house today and was wonderful! He was respectful and personable, patient and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and inspected and identified potential entry points the bugs may be coming from as well as things that likely attracted the carpenter ants. I didn’t feel like he rushed through to get to the next job, he really cared about doing things well and helping us get rid of these pests.
