“I truly got a sense of care because out of six exterminators I called, these guys answer the phone! All the rest were voicemail, leave a messageand we'll get back to you! Rodriguez Exterminators/Gabriel listened to my problem and specified the process for my situation and the prices. He answered every question I had with knowledge and patience. I didn't get to use their services because my problem fixed itself sorta, lol, but i did put their number in my phone for future reference and hot rid of thecrest, which btw never returned my calls. So I'm reviewing their customer service which was wonderful, and I would recommend them just because of the great customer service I received, and that's why i gave 4 stars, because I didn't use their services, but customer service is a clearly a A+ and if a company answers the phone, listens to a new customer with patience, I felt this was experience worth reviewing because of the impact it had on me in my time of their services.
