“Unfortunately, I do not believe this company did the job they claimed to have done. Only days after completing my inspection and paperwork for the purchase of my home, I did a visit to the property and found mouse droppings. Its clear to me that the realtor was cleaning these droppings. However, once moved in there were other places I noticed droppings and should not have. I do believe these should have been caught in the initial inspection done by Rodriguez. Fast and cheap is NOT always the best option especially in the home buying situation. I am majorly disappointed and now need to have another company come out for extermination. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. First time buyer learned a hard lesson. These people did not do well.”
