“Don't really meet their customers in the middle. They only go to certain areas certain days so if you've already payed for the first initial visit you have to do the days that works for them for a return visit. Not what works for you or your schedule.”

“Had a bug issue about 3 weeks after our initial house spray. I called the office on Monday at 8 AM and was told she would call me back within an hour. I called back at 4 PM because I had not heard anything back. She had me text a picture and said it would be the next day (Tuesday) that one of the guys would look at it and get in touch with me. Once again, I never heard back from them. So we have chosen to go with another pest control company that has already came out and handled our problem. Unfortunately, A & B is not a company I’d recommend if you appreciate good customer service and return phone calls.”
