“I used this company for 3 years and was happy with the tech and service I was receiving. Unfortunately my service tech went to another field and his replacement was an absolute joke. He didn't announce that he was at my property upon his arrival, I found him standing in my garage. He then proceeded to open every single cabinet and drawer in my house? I had to tell him not to spray my food pantry or around my newborn babys stuff. he wore his dirty shoes in my house, and didn't knock down one single cobweb on the exterior. He removed the glue traps and only replaced 40% of them. I wished I would have followed him around to see what other shenanigans he was upto. Since his service this has been the most bugs I've seen in and around my house since using Johnson Pest control. If you are in Dandridge area, I highly recommend finding a different company. After calling and telling we were unhappy with the service received, They offered to resend the same tech out .But whats the point if he has 0 clue what hes doing??? I still got charged for the poor service. I called and the lady on the phone couldn't care less that i was unhappy with that service and charged my card anyways. That's terrible customer service around.”
