“My landlord contacted A&J to see about a mouse issue. Seems they were having clubhouse meetings in my basement. (The mice that is.) Jack contacted me and said he would come break up the club in a day or so - impressive considering it's the holiday season. They were very conscientious of the fact that I work night shift and also that I have a beautiful but useless elderly cat. I called Jack 'Jackie' by mistake. I used the excuse of sleep deprivation and they bought it. Such nice people. It took about 5 days for results, which is a few days quicker than I had anticipated. I'm very happy with the quick efficient and effective job. Also I interacted with a lady that works in the office who was quite sweet and very pleasant. So while I wasn't truly a customer because my landlord contracted with A&J, I'm the person that benefited. Thank you so much! If I could give six stars I would ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
