“We use them at our business (office and warehouse). They are always professional and courteous. For the few callbacks for issues that were not resolved, then put urgency on these calls and did not re-charge. Also helpful with recommendations to fix issues.”

“We signed-up for exterior service this year in September. For the first time in 7 years, we have rats on our property. Once the rats appeared, A1 was nowhere to be found and their phones go unanswered during business hours on a daily basis. A1 techs are not communicative no matter how many notes I ask the phone agent to put on the account for the tech. I’ve had experiences where I explain things to an agent, the agent is dismissive and annoyed, and then the tech doesn’t even show up at the scheduled time. And, that’s when they answer the phone. Typically it’s 5-6 calls per day to get someone to answer the phone. I do not recommend. Shop around and check with the firms to understand how they handle customer service and follow-up.”

“Very unhappy with the service they provided, the customer service was very slow to answer their phones and did not provide clear instructions or information until I had to call and deliberately ask for it. They then refused to give a second treatment due to the bill not being paid which I explained to them that my landlord would pay for it, you would think the customer service would at least be a little competent to call the number I provided but they weren’t and did not send a second treatment leaving me and my grandmother living out of plastic bags. After the first treatment there was also more sightings of pests which they did not explain beforehand, but later reassured that it was normal. Very disappointing with the customer service as well as they refused to give a second treatment which they told us was necessary. Would not do business with again solely due to the customer service and lack of satisfaction that they guarantee.”
