“I was recommended this service and was looking forward to finally getting my newly bought condo rodent free. I spoke to someone on the phone who was very accommodating and we picked a time where I could be home to meet the technician. However, I knew the person would get there before me, so I left my lockbox information with them. The appointment message says they like to give a 30-60 minute heads up before the technician arrives, however I received a call informing me that the technician was on site. By this time, I'm 9 minutes drive away and informed the person that they are supposed to use the lockbox and gave details on where to find it. I get a call a couple minutes later from someone else repeating the technician is on site and can I let him in as soon as possible. By this time, I'm two minutes away from my condo. The technician claims he can't find the lockbox. I explain it again, and then I'm informed that he's left because he has another job to get to. I have attached a picture of the elusive lockbox that was so hard to find.”
