He also looked around the foundation of the house with me, trying to find their entry point. “I have been so impressed by the professionalism and care the stellar technicians at YP have demonstrated to us over the years. In particular, Shane is a shining star!! He has come out to our home for the last several inspections and I just cannot say enough how incredible he is! He is professional, yes, but patient, engaged, polite, smart, incredibly knowledgeable and truly has a passion to do his job well! Over the last couple of years, we have been trying to eradicate a mouse infestation in our basement. Shane meticulously checked the inside and outside of the foundation, crawling under porches, pawing through the basement and garage to find entry points. And throughout the process explained his findings and helped us to understand what changes and fixes we could pursue. As a result we took his advice and replaced parts of our garage door, and sealed up around our basement door. Yesterday, as he was attempting to leave after a thorough inspection, he came back into the garage and tackled a seemingly inaccessible part of the garage where he fount the jackpot!!
