“I was extremely disappointed with this company. They promised to take care of the mice. We payed a large amount of money to have them come and inspect the property. They first tried to seal up the wholes, but that took them many weeks with the help of my husband. They put down snap traps and sticky pads, and didn't catch any. They kept changing the appointments and were not reliable to come when they planned. Then they put down bait boxes which were not effective at all. Not one box was touched by a mouse! The last effort was putting down a poison dust. Still no mice caught. We caught several with our feet!! They continued to move the appointments to return out several weeks. I was very disappointed with the job. I called and spoke to Dan who promised to have a technician out the following week. They cancelled and moved that appointment without informing me. I had to find it online the night before. I was paying quarterly for an additional plan and began to wonder if they were just moving the appoinments out to get to the next quarter. I ended up having to discontinue their services.”

“I had a technician come to my grandmothers apartment to resolve a fly issue. The issue hasn’t been resolved and I had to contact them multiple times just to try and get someone to make a new appointment to have them come fix the issue again. The technician never showed up to the appointment and I’ve called and talked to customer service multiple times both phone and email to get an ETA and have not received a response in two hours. I would absolutely not recommend this company.”

“Called to get a quote for mice remediation. Before giving me a General price on the phone for basic plans, the person on the phone asked for my address and then looked up my home on Zillow to see what it was worth. Then the person quoted me an amount that was four times higher than every other pest company in the area. Every other company I called has two plans for mice; a one time visit price, or a price for an unlimited visit annual program, and every other company I called is willing to give those prices over the phone instead of finding out where you live first so that they can charge you more if you live in a more expensive neighborhood. Avoid this place.”
