“For the first time at our 3-family residence, we had mice. We tried another exterminator and were unhappy that the mouse population was increasing and nothing they were doing was working. I asked Best Pest Control to give the situation a 2nd set of eyes and they were terrific. “10/10 for this company. Quality, honest service is more important that anything to Best Pest. I had a small invasion of ants in my basement recently. I was out of town and my tenant called to tell me. She was very upset! I got in touch with James @ Best Pest and he asked that my tenant bring to his shop a sample of one of the dead ants. My tenant did exactly this. After an examination of the ant, they turned out to be innocent "citronella ants". James said they would be gone by the end of the day, and they were! I asked how much I needed to send him, and he said "no charge". This is service I have not seen in a long time. Thanks, Best Pest!”
