“We had a squirrel get into our eaves and Michael came out (sooner than expected) and addressed the problem. We liked that Buono Pest Control did not exterminate the squirrel, Michael created a one-way funnel to exclude it. From that point on the squirrel was gone and we have had no further issues.”

“We had really good experience with them in the past (gave them 5 for that). But this time there's been no response. Maybe it's the weather or they are overwhelmed. I don't want to rate negative, just nothing to rate. Sorry. Update - they have been trying to reach me, and we have not connected. We also hired a different company that works specifically with squirrels etc. Like i said earlier, Buono Pest Control did a 5 star job eliminating ground level voles or mice, and sealing what they did. Just remove the star system already!”
